Terms of service

1. The agreementBy using posterd.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Orders & pricingAll prices are in INR and include GST. An order is accepted when we email confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund orders affected by obvious pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Custom printsYou must own or hold rights to any image you upload. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. We refuse (and refund) uploads containing unlawful content or obvious third-party IP you don't control.

4. PaymentAll payments are processed by RazorPay. Orders unpaid after 24 hours are automatically cancelled.

5. Delivery & riskRisk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates — courier delays outside our control don't entitle a refund, but we'll always chase.

6. ReturnsGoverned by our Returns & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Intellectual propertyFranchise artwork is licensed from its rights holders and may not be reproduced. The Posterd name, logo and site design are our property. Buying a poster buys you a poster — not reproduction rights.

8. Acceptable useNo scraping, no resale automation, no attempts to breach the Custom Print Studio's content rules.

9. LiabilityOur total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
