Privacy policy

1. What we collectAccount details you give us (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order history, and images you upload to the Custom Print Studio. We also collect standard device data (browser, IP, pages visited) to keep the site working and fraud-free.

2. What we use it forFulfilling and delivering orders, printing your custom uploads, sending transactional messages (order, dispatch, delivery), responding to support requests, and — only if you opt in — drop announcements. We never sell personal data. Ever.

3. Custom upload imagesFiles you upload are stored encrypted, used solely to produce your print, and permanently deleted from production systems 30 days after delivery. They are never used for marketing, training, or shared with anyone other than our print facility.

4. PaymentsPayments are processed entirely by RazorPay. Your card, UPI and banking details never touch Posterd servers. RazorPay's own privacy policy governs that data.

5. SharingWe share the minimum necessary data with: our print facility (name, address, artwork), courier partners (name, address, phone), and RazorPay (order amount, contact). All partners are bound by data-processing agreements.

6. CookiesSee our separate Cookie Policy. Short version: essential cookies for cart and login, one analytics cookie you can refuse, nothing creepy.

7. Your rightsYou can request a copy, correction, or complete deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@posterd.in. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account erases everything except records we're legally required to keep (tax invoices, 8 years).

8. Retention & securityOrder records are kept for 8 years for tax compliance. Everything is stored in encrypted databases in Indian data centers, with access limited to staff who need it to serve you.

9. ChildrenPosterd is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. ChangesIf this policy changes materially, we'll email registered users 14 days before the change takes effect.
